Wanderlust Marriage

We’re an American and Australian husband and wife, Alex and Bell, who originally met 13 years ago in a crazy hostel in Bruges, Belgium, while each backpacking through Europe by ourselves. When we first met, we had both just graduated college, Alex from UCF in Florida and Bell from Swinburne in Melbourne, Australia, half a world away.

We both happened to be heading to Amsterdam in a time frame that overlapped a single day, each armed with nothing but a backpack and a tight budget. Little did we know that six years later we would end up living and working in Amsterdam, married to each other! Our love story is a pretty wild one and at this point we’ve been working around the globe together for a decade. Asides from living in Amsterdam for 3 and 1/2 years, we’ve resided together in Melbourne, Australia; Tampa, Florida; Dublin, Ireland and we currently live in Boston, birthplace of the American revolution. We’ve grown from backpackers in our 20’s to mid range travelers who occasionally splurge in our 30’s.
