Hi there! I’m WanYu from Singapore. I’m born in the year 1993, 1st March. I’m student from Yishun ITE, Marine Engineering course. Since secondary 3, I started working part-time jobs. The first job was working as sales person at the school bookshop. It was a very fun and unforgettable experiences for me. As it was the first time that I’m able to know people from other platform, beside school and through online. Most of them are around my age. From this job, I’m able to learn to deal with the different type of parents and the students, do my calculation correctly and estimate the size of the uniform for the students. Then the next job was productivity in the factory. It was dairy packaging. There were likes and dislikes of the job. This time I had come across people who are much older than me. The reason of disliking was been nag by the auntie there. The like part was there was an uncle who very good at cranking jokes, even though he used me as his source of joke. The lesson I learn was speed up on what u do, as it might just jammed. The third job was waitress at Shanghai restaurant. It was a very good eye-opener for me as I come across many different type of people all around the world such as Japan,China,USA…etc. this job impact me the most is to learn different way to communicate with different people. So what my plan for the next 10 years? I see myself for the next 10 years as a Marine Engineer at Keppel shipyard.
