Nate J. Ward

While obtaining his Bachelor of Arts in Communication Nate co-founded Viking Television and built AnchorLight Productions from the ground up. With a few full-time employees and dozens of independent contractors AnchorLight produced commercials and educational videos for a wide variety of clientele.

Nate also obtained his Master of Education degree in Continuing and College Education, taught public speaking on a full-faculty hire at Western Washington University, and published communication lessons online. These ventures quickly spawned into Cicero Speech LLC, sending him all across the country with the goal of fostering better pedagogical facilitation skills within public and private organizations such as Cummins, US Army Core of Engineers, City of Houston, Atascadero State Hospital, Rockhurst University, and many more.

The culmination of these experiences led Nate to find home within the Alaska Airlines (NYSE:ALK) family where his team spearheads the delivery of training within ALK and vendor airport operations and customer service.

Nate is fascinated by the evolution of education, including primarily the new ideologies and technologies that enhance how we engage, motivate, and educate adult learners.
