Hi, I'm passionate about technology and social media that's fun, personal, and adds value.

I'm a customer guy at heart and I care, so I believe instead of marketing to people we should just listen to our customers. They know what they want, right? Listen to them and so give them what they want, rather than what you think they need.

For me social media is customer service. It's about listening and responding to people's thoughts through compelling content that they know and care about.
