Michael Ward

I am a songwriter, lyricist ,storywriter,poet.and musician.

As a songwriter I have written hit songs for many successful artists including Robbie Williams ( Everything Changes But You)

and Alison Moyet ( Weak in the Presence of Beauty). As an artist I wrote and recorded two albums in the Motor City with Don Was and members of Funkadelic.

Currently under contract with BMG I continue to work in the front line as lyricist to No Wave House Iconoclast Richard Parrot Barratt's Crooked Man........................................................................As a musician I specialise in woodwinds and play all saxophones, clarinets and flutes both electric and acoustic as well as many esoteric World Winds from Scandinavia and the Far East. I also play organ and percussion.
