How I see myself as a leader in the future? I would like to be a leader, that i also like to have myself. For instance i would love to have some kind of family bond with my staff. A group that motivates and inspires each other. I wouldn't get angry easily, but i will make clear what I want. What I think is the best way to daily motivate my staff, to make sure that everyone has a planning and knows what goal they need to achieve.
