Sylva Waribugo is an academic and a scholar who graduated summa cum laude (First Class) at the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria, with BSc in Management. He bagged the Charles Nwanoke prize for overall best graduating student, University of Port Harcourt. He was automatically employed by the University and lectured several courses in management. A polymath, poet and a Management philosopher, Sylva Waribugo is a fellow of the Institute of Public Management and The Institute of chattered Economists of Nigeria. He is also a full member of The Nigerian Institute of Management, Ergonomic Society of Nigeria and other professional bodies. Sylva Waribugo is currently the Chairman of Nembe Local Government Area, Bayelsa State, Nigeria.
