Warren Bobrow is the celebrated author/bar man and mixologist responsible for the 1st book on the topic, Cannabis Cocktails. This book which takes the tack of healing over being just another stoner book is certain to make some waves in the formerly stoic liquor world.

His first book, Apothecary Cocktails was nominated for a Spirited Award at the 2014 Tales of the Cocktail.

Warren has been a dishwasher, and a pot scrubber- a cook- maybe a saucier as well ..And then a fresh pasta manufacturer in Charleston, SC until Hurricane Hugo in 1989- snatched it all away.....

Then a strange time working in private banking for twenty years, starting as a teller... most of the time not living up to his potential!

But always dreaming about the future...The first thing he did was write for Wild River Review in 2009 once he was "off shored"..

The next he was in the Saveur 100 for a humble tuna melt. Rum Judge for the Ministry of Rum? Check. Warren writes for a host of magazines and blogs on a global basis. Warren's 3nd book Bitters and Shrub Syrup Cocktails re-images the idea of drinking vinegar for good health.

Warren's second book, Whiskey Cocktails is a take on the classics with a big twist... yes Virginia, you can mix with whiskey!

Apothecary Cocktails, was the SF Public Library eBook of the day! Warren co-judged the Iron Mixology competition at the Charleston Wine and Food Festival (2012) Warren has published many hundreds of articles on everything from cocktail mixology to restaurant reviews to travel articles. Warren recently traveled to Moscow, Russia and worked the Moscow Bar Show- then flew to San Francisco to work the California Rum Fest. Then to Disney for the Epcot Food and Wine Festival, where he made three different cocktails for over a hundred people. A gift!

Warren is a published food writer as well as a mixologist. A long strange trip it's been. He writes for the "Fabulous Beekman 1802 Boys" as their cocktail writer.
