Born in Kingston, Jamaica, Warren now lives in Toronto, Canada and is a keen researcher and storyteller. He undertook his MA in Intercultural & International Communication to explore the use of visual ethongraphy to share the stories of people and places. His Master's thesis was a receipient of the 2012 Public Ethnography Award funded by the Canada Research Chair in Innovative Learning and Public Ethnography.

Combined with his love of travel, he uses his popular blog, "Journeying", to share the stories of people and cultures in their locales. In 2011, a collection of images from his journey to Paris was hosted by the Alliance-Francaise in Toronto as part of the exhibit, Paris a Pas Perdus - "Wandering Paris".
