Warren Friss

Warren E. Friss worked at The Topps Company for many years. For a number of years he served as General Counsel of The Topps Company, handling all manner of legal matters for them. Over the years, he helped to oversee contract negotiations, financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, HR, and employment matters of all kinds. Friss launched The Topps Company’s Internet Division and would later lead the Sports & Entertainment Division. There, he was responsible for the profit and loss functions and for all business responsibilities.
