For hiring managers and job seekers the current system of online resume submissions is broken. River of Talent was created to provide companies a faster and more affordable way to find the best talent to fill a job.

This company started from personal frustration with the job search experiences. Both of the Founders had (separately) become discouraged after applying for jobs online not receiving any response even though clearly well qualified. As we researched the field, we realized the keyword search engines that are used to screen resumes were screening out our applications. These tools lack the human element and exclude some of the best candidates.

We developed a proprietary ranking algorithm that incorporates keyword and human review of resumes. Working with a few early clients, we developed the system we want to use as hiring managers.
