Susan Warren

My name is Gwen Susan Warren. I am called by my middle name. I am married and have four children and one step son, ranging in ages from 15 to 24. I have two dogs and one cat. My animals are an important part of my life, because my children are very independent and I find myself spending more times with my animals. I am a part of the Partnership East Cohort 4. I am in my last semester at ECU and look forward to attaining a teaching job this fall. I just completed my internship in a middle school self- contained classroom. I served a dual role in this class, because I am also an assistant in this classroom. I do enjoy reading, but have not had the opprotunity to read for pleasure lately. When I do read for pleasure I enjoy James Patterson's novels. I look forward to sitting by the pool or at the beach reading this summer. I am currently reading the novel, "The Evolution of Calpurnia Tate", which is required in a reading class I am taking. It is a children's novel, but I am enjoying it and look forward to discussing it with the other members of my reading group.
