Experienced in both the operations and consulting aspects of the hospitality and leisure industries, Warren Marr leads many of the sector's larger business advisory engagements across the country, with a focus on corporate strategy and business planning, portfolio transaction analyses, and market positioning. Additional areas of expertise include lodging REIT/TRS lease structuring, management oversight, project concept development, valuation analyses, and contract analysis and support.
