Mr. Warren Rafal, popularly known as Coach Warren, is a Businessman, A Manager, an Entrepreneur, and a Leader. He came from a farmer family in Vigan Ilocos Sur. He finished his High School and University Degree with Full Scholarship and awarded as Most Outstanding Youth Leader of 2008.

Warren is a Licensed Nurse, Licensed Real Estate Broker and a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser in the Professional Regulation Commission.

Warren is also a recipient of the Quantum Leap Program, Never Work Again, Millionaire Mind Intensive of T.Harv Eker in Singapore and Rich Dad Asia of Robert Kiyosaki here in the Philippines.

At a very young age, Warren became a Coach of Create Abundance International Community teaching other people about real estate and asset accumulation thru Wealth Courses and Cashflow 101. He has taught thousands of peopleabout the importance of having an asset and passive income thru Real Estate.

Warren is awarded as Top Manager for 2015 by his company and also the youngest Senior Manager at the age of 26.
