Warrick Lee Barrett

With more than two decades of experience as a private practice and workplace physician, Dr. Warrick Lee Barrett serves as Medical Director of Priority 1 Medical in Indianapolis. Guiding a team of integrative health care professionals, Warrick Lee Barrett, M.D., undertakes medical exams and coordinates treatment plans that encompass non-pharmaceutical pain relief techniques. He has additionally served as Staff Physician with the urgent care center Dynamic Medical Practice Services-St. Francis Hospital for the past four years, where he undertakes occupational and other treatment modalities.

Dr. Barrett received his B.A. with honors at Saint Louis University in Biology/Chemistry and Pre-Med. He also graduated from the U.S. Air Force ROTC program with distinction. Next completing a Doctor of Medicine at the Cornell University Medical College, he undertook a family practice residency at the USAF Medical Center Wright-Patterson in Ohio. As an Air Force physician from 1976 to 1981, Dr. Barrett provided care in various locations throughout the United States and the world.

During much of the 1980s, Warrick Lee Barrett, M.D., held responsibilities as Medical Director with the United Technologies Essex Group in Fort Wayne, Indiana. In this capacity, he assisted a global manufacturing enterprise in developing effective health care procedures and policies. He also volunteered as team physician at area high schools and at tournament events of the Indiana High School Athletic Association and the Summit City Athletic Conference.

In addition to serving as a private practice physician from 1989 to 1999, Dr. Barrett assisted the Persian Gulf Crisis and War effort as Air Force Reservist. Dr. Warrick Lee Barrett notably took over the domestic duties of a regular Air Force physician who was deployed to the Persian Gulf theater.
