Warrick Page
Amman, Jordan
Warrick Page is an Australian photojournalist currently based out of Amman, Jordan and is a contributor to Redux Pictures.
Warrick first took up photography in 2004 in the West Bank, two months after of completing his university degree in Professional Writing & Editing, and Journalism at Deakin University, Melbourne. After spending the next 4 months covering the conflict, Warrick later moved to Pakistan in November 2004 and worked closely with Panos Pictures and Getty Images over the coming years.
After four years covering natural disasters, social and political turmoil, terrorist attacks, and a flailing economy in Pakistan, Warrick returned to Israel in 2009 and spent the next 2 years working predominantly out of Gaza for international publications, NGOs and aid agencies.
He returned to Pakistan in early 2011 covering the death of Osama bin Laden and the second year of devastating monsoon floods.
He was then based in London for two years before moving to Amman, Jordan.
Warrick's assignment work has also taken him to Iraq, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Europe and Australia.
