I started WasteVest from a simple observation. Waste is increasing quickly in our cities, but the systems around it are still fragmented and not well coordinated across operators, communities, and public agencies.
We are working to build more dependable waste and recycling systems, helping households, estates, and businesses manage waste through structured collection and recovery, with simple, accessible tools that make it easier to request and coordinate services.
Alongside this, we are developing WasteVest RouteBeacon, a low cost hardware system designed to improve how waste is tracked, coordinated and collected across city environments.
We work with partners like EcoBarter on recycling and recovery initiatives, and currently serve as the official waste management partner for Etionary Group’s Country Homes, supporting daily operations and improving recycling outcomes.
In Abuja, I also led a plastic recycling advocacy effort with the Abuja Environmental Protection Board, which was featured in Daily Trust.
