I didn't start WasteVest because I wanted to build another recycling company.
I started it because I realised that most cities already have waste collectors, recyclers and public agencies—but they rarely operate as one connected system.
WasteVest exists to bridge those gaps.
Today, we're building climate solutions that combine technology, education and circular economy innovation to help households, businesses and governments manage waste more effectively.
We're developing WasteVest RouteBeacon™, a smart platform designed to improve how waste is coordinated, tracked and collected across cities.
Alongside this, we deliver Carbon Literacy and climate education programmes that help organisations, schools and communities build the knowledge and skills to take meaningful climate action.
We work with partners like EcoBarter on recycling initiatives and serve as the official waste management partner for Etionary Group's Country Homes, supporting daily operations and improving recycling outcomes.
Earlier in our journey, I led a plastic recycling advocacy initiative with the Abuja Environmental Protection Board, which was featured in Daily Trust.
In Abuja, I also led a plastic recycling advocacy effort with the Abuja Environmental Protection Board, which was featured in Daily Trust.
The focus is simple:
Build smarter waste systems.
Equip people for climate action.
Accelerate Africa's circular economy.
