a)follow up calibration results in every month

b)control in-house standard equipment which use for calibration.

c)consult for method of instrument calibration.

d)establish for calibration schedule, control log for in-house standard equipments.

e)keep and review the calibration certificate or result from suppliers.

f)set up MPE(Maximum Permissible Error) from in-house standard equipments.

g)control budget for calibration.

h)select or change new supplier for reduce cost and calibration periods of calibration.(supplier should be selected from accredited lab. based on ISO/IEC 17025 from TLAS)

i)verify and validation members.

j)efficiency test for part and product : eg. Dimension check for part after injected or extruded by new molded or new machine., performance test for part and products after assembly to completed set.

k)instrument calibration.

l)coordinator for computer admin.

m)efficiency test for part and product performance eg. Dimension check for part after injected by new molded., performance test for products.

n)plant investigator of blood line team : eg. Investigated complaint from customer to solve and explain for problem of product from incident sample or production nearly lot of products.

o)machine validation and calibrations.

p)establish for validation protocol and validation results for new machine.

q)establish sample for validation of new machine before production.

r)establish and revise the calibration procedure which use for this section.
