Watercrest Senior Living Group started their business project with United Properties. The partnership was made to establish the senior living community in Naples. In 2016, United Properties bought the land the partnership was planned to develop the project in November 2017. D2 Architecture and Nashville designed the structure of the unit. The development is expected to finish during the early 2019 and the first residents of the area would be welcomed.
After the accomplishment of Watercrest San Jose Assisted Living and Memory Care which is a 90-unit property in Jacksonville and Market Street Memory Care Residences in Tampa, Florida, Watercrest group is keen to work on various project groups regarding senior living. United properties started their first senior residential project with Watercrest group. The company got results and a lot of positive reviews for their development of the number of housing communities in Denver Market and Minneapolis St. Paul.
