I am an Oxfordshire-based primary school teacher. I worked in Blackbird Leys for the first five years of my teaching career. During that time, I was the science leader and served for a short while on the school's leadership team. I was also the AFA (Achievement for All) Champion for the school- www.afa3as.org.uk

I have recently moved into the Witney Partnership and am the Key Stage 2 Leader. I have the pleasure of working with an inspirational team of teachers who love innovative practice. I also lead Assessment, Maths and Computing at the school and am a teacher governor.

During 2014/15 I completed OTSA's (Oxfordshire's Teaching School's Alliance) leadership training entitled 'Growing Future Leaders', led by John West-Burnham. As part of the course, I am carried out an individual research project on the impact of iPads in the classroom.

Since then, I have begun to train other teachers in using iPads and technology through offering twilight sessions to Oxfordshire schools. I am also a Google Certified Educator (Level 1)

In my spare time I like to read, spend time with my amazing wife and play squash.
