Wayne Brown
I began my career at the advertising agency Bates Dorland in 1994 before moving to Lowe Howard-Spink to work on the global Smirnoff account, during my time there I moved up to Associate Board Director working on Orange, Direct Line, Saab and HSBC. In 2003 I joined TBWA to run the agency's John Smiths, Apple Computers and McCain assignments.
I left TBWA for the challenge of switching to FMCG marketing, taking on the role of Marketing Manager for the £18m Brylcreem brand at Sara Lee. After a successful stint re-launching the brand and changing the direction of the communications strategy, the lure of agency life, tempted me back.
I joined glue as Client Service Director and spent a couple of years successfully reshaping the Account Management department.
This was followed by a couple of years spent as Deputy Managing Director, where I looked after new business, commercial development and the general day to day operations of the agency.
In 2011 I became Managing Director. Now I oversee some great accounts and lead the glue Isobar exec team, who work with me to run the agency.
I am also a married father of two, who likes curry, watching sport and skiing.
