Wayne Hansen is a singer/songwriter from Quispamsis, New Brunswick. As a solo acoustic act Wayne carefully creates his own unique sound by live layering guitar, ukulele and vocals through a loop pedal.

He incorporates thoughtful lyrics, creative harmonies, and layered instruments producing a unique form of folk.

His first full length album, Memories of East Africa, peaked at #1 on the LocalFM Campus and Community Radio Charts in Southern New Brunswick. "Zanzibar", a single from the aforementioned release, was voted into the New Brunswick Regional Finals in the 2013 CBC Searchlight Contest.

Easy to listen to but difficult to forget.
