Wayne Feller

I taught band for the first 35 years of my career. The Minnesota Music Educators Association selected me as the Minnesota Band Educator of the Year in 1994. Since 1997, I have been the director of The Star of the North adult band.

I began working with Technology Integration in 1998 and was a TIES Exceptional Teacher in 2005. Since February, 2011, I have been a full time Technology Integration Specialist for elementary schools in Stillwater. In this position, I work with classroom teachers to integrate appropriate technologies into classroom practices.

I have presented or co-presented at local, state, and national conferences and association meetings, including the NSBA T & L Conference, the TIES educational conference, the University of Minnesota Center for Applied Research and Educational Innovation (CAREI), Minnesota Department of Education (MDE), Minnesota Council of Teachers of Mathematics (MCTM) Conference, the Flipped Classroom Conference and the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Conference.
