Wayne Oliver

Born in Albany Ga to William M Oliver and Joan Everett Oliver in 1970. Dad, Bill Oliver, was in the Navy so growing up meant moving a lot. Florida, Virginia and even Germany. For the last 20 years I have been happy to stay put in the Charlotte NC area.
