Wayne Rankine

Wayne Rankine is an abstract, landscape photographer. He has been to college for Music Production in the past and has worked as a cook for the past 20 years. Wayne is an easy going guy who is always willing to help others and shows passion in what he enjoys to do. He is involved in many Multimedia projects at any given time, whether for school or for personal enjoyment, such as music production in a band and creating music videos. He also really enjoys getting out and taking pictures of nature and of interesting landscapes. Most people would say he is enjoyable to be around and is very creative with his ideas, as well is very dependable to meet deadlines. Wayne was born in Nova Scotia and moved to Ontario at an early age where he moved around considerably following his fathers work. Later in life he continued the traveling lifestyle and has lived many places across Canada, probably the most memorable being Tofino, B.C. Which is located on the most Westerly part of Vancouver Island. This is where he learned his appreciation for nature and his simple approach to life in general. He lives his summers on a 42 foot boat at the Pickering harbour, and sometimes decides to stay aboard throughout the winter months as well. This environment is what contributes to his creativity and keeps him grounded to nature in which he strives to live his life.
