Wayne Stoltenberg

Possessing a Bachelor of Arts in Literature and Economics from Columbia University and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin, Wayne Stoltenberg presides as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cinco Resources, Inc. Wayne Stoltenberg draws from more than a decade of operating within the investment banking industry to provide expert financial advice and management to the Texas oil and gas production and exploration firm. For 12 years Wayne Stoltenberg served Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc.; first as an Associate and later as Senior Managing Director. Over the course of his career, he participated in a multitude of private and public equity and debt offerings. Companies such as SM Energy Company and Frontier Oil Corporation benefitted from his guidance through mergers and acquisitions, and businesses such as ECTR and MESA Inc. received his services as a financial analyst. Passionate about aiding his community, Wayne Stoltenberg donates to the Redeemer Church at Westlake, sits on the Town of Westlake Planning and Zoning Commission, supports the Uganda Children’s Fund, and contributes to the Columbia University Alumni Golf Committee. In his spare time he enjoys attending church activities, keeping up with politics, playing basketball and golf, and going hunting. When he has time to read, he prefers the works of Ayn Rand, Thomas Hardy, and Thomas Sowell. Some of his favorite books include Rand’s Atlas Shrugged and Clarence Thomas’ My Grandfather’s Son.
