Buying a vacation property in Keauhou couldn’t have been easier thanks to Wayne Ross. If there were a book called “Buying Real Estate for Dummies” he’d be the author. Wayne’s very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and property on the Big Island. Living in Alaska buying a condo site unseen, my husband and I thought we were losing our mind. Having never used an agent before, Wayne made every step easy and exciting. He has so much diligence, patience, attention to detail and understanding explaining every step and letting us know what we needed to prepare for as well as what decisions need to be made. Wayne went above and beyond our expectations. He took pictures of all the properties we were interested in, as well as data needed to make decisions and helped us stay on track with what we’d explained to him was our initial goal. Decisions, paperwork and the excitement can get out of hand but Wayne kept our eye on the prize and handled all negotiations. Our short sale was extremely difficult and elapsed over six months. Wayne never lost his enthusiasm and managed to keep ours up, which I could only imagine was quite challenging. The last two weeks were touch and go because things never seen to end without some kind of hitch, us not being there had Wayne again going the extra mile and exceeded his scope of work. This sale couldn’t have happened without Wayne. Ben and I would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts and show our appreciation for everything in the last six months that you’ve done for us and making this a truly memorable experience, one that we’ll appreciate for years to come.
