I'm semi-retired from the wood industry. Currently I do small wood projects in my shop, enjoy motorcycling, and write a blog about growing up in Southern Wisconsin in the 1950s at HootHollowRoad.com. My loving wife and I have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. The background on this site is a weathered barn board taken from a barn built in the late 1800s.
