I am an educational and athletic leadership professional with a career focused on helping students grow through education, athletics, mentorship, and strong school communities. Growing up in New York City and attending high school in both New England and New York City exposed me to different educational environments and helped shape my interest in student development.

Throughout my career, I have worked across athletic administration, student life, college counseling, and coaching. I served as Athletic Director and Dean of Students at EF Academy New York, where my responsibilities centered on supporting students and strengthening school culture. I previously worked in college advising and NCAA recruitment at IMG Academy, helping students better understand their academic and athletic opportunities.

I also coached girls’ basketball at Kent School, where our teams won two New England Class A championships. That experience reinforced my belief that athletics can teach discipline, accountability, teamwork, and confidence.

Mentoring young people remains one of the most meaningful parts of my work. I believe students benefit from clear expectations, consistent support, and opportunities to challenge themselves. Whether through athletics, academics, or college preparation, my goal is to help students develop the skills and confidence they need for their next chapter.
