My day job is running [W]sq solutions, a company that is passionate about helping businesses to grow and to be profitable. In the last 6 years our clients have won over 28 business awards and a few becoming millionaires in the process.

I was identified by the IBC as one of the top three business advisers in the UK. This led to me being awarded the Director of the month for the IoD in April 2010.

I am a scientist by training with 9 published patents to my name.

I have other business investment interests in the US & UK (Pharmacy & Medical Devices)

In addition to the above I sit on the board of the Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust, one of the top performing NHS trusts.

I am active in the community and own a local community basketball club Maidstone Warriors, which is now the largest all ability club in Kent.

I am based in Kent, active in my local church the Vine and have 3 adult children, grandchild and married to the lovely Joanne.

Recently I published my first business book called the 10 Commandments of Business Growth, in paperback, Kindle and Audio versions.
