WANG Dasheng，male，was born in September, 1953，Beijing . He joined the Communist Party of China（CPC）In September1979. 1959~1968, he studied at Tsinghua School and Tsinghua University middle school. In September1983，he achieved University postgraduate qualification. In December1968，he went to Shaanxi Province Yanchuan County Feng Jiaping people's commune Nie Jiaping the production brigade to join a production team working. In December 1972 ，he entered the iron factory Zichang county Yan`an City. Served as monitor, technician, time keeper, Youth League secretary, deputy director of the factory management committee. In September 1979 ，he was admitted to the Northwest University. In July 1983 , he was assigned to the national Ministry of electronics industry (Ministry of industry and Information Technology Department of the State Council of the People's Republic of China), as head of the Secretary, clerk. In April 1997，he went to Beijing Information engineering Institute to work. In May 2004 ，he had been working in Beijing Information Science and Technology University（http://www.bistu.edu.cn）.In March 1991，he passed through Beijing Administrative College (BAC)graduate student entrance examination. In April 1993, he participated in the first public selection board-level cadre examination, which organized by the Chinese Communist Party Beijing Municipal Committee and The people's Government of Beijing City，passed through the written examination, the participation interviews and the second examination，the organization decided that on-the-job only to take a test. In January 1994 ，he was appointed investigator, inspector (work permit number: 940204) by zhong guo Ren cai bao [CHINESE TALENT](Zhong guo zu zhi ren shi bao, ISSN: D4597；CN: 11-0243). In September1998，he was admitted to the Department of English Foreign Language college of Peking University(PKU), graduated in October 2000，passed through the National English test (Public English Test System, referred to as PETS).Served as assistant librarian, librarian and associate research librarian. In November 2000, he was accepted as a member of the Library Society of China（www.lsc.org.cn），membership number I080800283M. In March 1993, he was hired as a researcher by China Academy of management science(www.zhongguanyuan.org.cn). He was also hired as contributing editor,reporter in Chinese international economic information publicity planning d
