Webster Ku

Webster Ku (aka Webby) is the Founder, of Light House Learning group (LHLG). He has over 9 years of training and coaching experience working closely with students in areas of motivation, studying and communication skills.

Having conducted workshops and seminars regionally in countries including Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. He has empowered over 15,000 students and still counting. Furthermore, Webster Ku has created an effective and desirable study environment not just for students but for teachers and parents as well.

Webster is also the creator of the Best Selling DVD the “Turbo Charge Learning DVD” & “Turbo Charge Learning INPUT Strategies” DVD, that has benefited its audience from as far as the United States of America, United Kingdom, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, Australia, Indonesia & Malaysia.

Given his background in Applied Psychology at Raffles Malaysia, Webster Ku is a certified trainer from HRDF, a master practitioner in NS-NLP and a certified coach for both adults and students. His optimistic attitude and mindset, as well as his excellent communication skills, has enabled him to build instant rapport and motivate participants to give their best in life.

Webster Ku takes the role of identifying participants’ behavioral patterns through understanding the model system used by each individual, and with such understanding he is thus able to influence their mindsets and provide tools to adopt new empowering belief systems.

Nominated as one of AYA (Asia Youth Ambassador’s) Malaysia Most Outstanding Youth 2009, Webster aspires to share the truth that each individual possesses potential to succeed in life by acquiring the right mindset and taking action with the proper strategies.
