Hi and welcome to my "about me" page, I'm Rachel Lewis and ever since I was very young I always loved to travel and go on vacation with my family. Fast forward and having become qualified in fitness coaching after as most reading this will know having studied Biology at University of California, Santa Barbara, I combined what I love to come up with Weight Loss Trips.
