Wen-Chieh Wei（魏妏潔） was born in 1988 Hsinchu,Taiwan. She graduated from the Department of Radio, Television, and Film of Shih Hsin University, Taiwan. Now a graduate student in the Department of Theatre Arts of Taipei National University of the Arts.

Wei majoys in Theatre Directing. From image to theatre, She attempts to find differing viewpoints in her current work. Wei works across a range of disciplines, also likes to focus in different areas, like theatre, and experimental and news work.
