I am a senior at Wayne State University in the Mike Ilitch School of Business. I am a Marketing student specializing in Advertising as well as doing a minor in Art concentrating in Photography and Graphic Design. I am a creative person by nature, so the innovativeness and creativeness fields of Marketing, Advertising, and Art perfectly reflect my personality.
I also love the art world, and I currently run a non-profit student pop-up art gallery called Temporary Contemporary, which consist of eleven photographers including myself. Temporary Contemporary is about bridging the diverse communities of Detroit through black and white film photography of the people and place of Detroit.
I am interested in internships in the Marketing, Advertising as well as the Art field. I would love to learn more about each field since they work closely together. I am a firm believer of merging the business field with the arts. There is always a place for creativity in people’s life; they just need to discover their creative medium.
