I would consider myself an optimist, though a pragmatist; a lover of stories that entertain as well as enlighten. I am determined to be a good pianist, and enjoy making friends with people that give me lots and lots of money.

In 2001, having no musical background, I sat down to a Casio keyboard and experienced a sort of jolt. While I do not think I was actually electrecuted, I cannot say that I wasn't. But I can say that on that day I began to hear beautiful music in my head. Though admitedly outside of my head my piano playing was chaos. But nessled deep in that haystack of chaos, I could swear I heard glorious, triumphant music. Or I was electricuted, and I had damaged nerve endings in my ears.

Since then I've built my life around the piano. And incedently, it is situated by multiple electrical outlets in my home. So you could argue that I've also built my life around electrical outlets.

In my home I have created a piano recording space housing a 1928 9 ft. Wm. Knabe & Co concert grand piano. Fun facts, the Knabe concert grand was chosen as the Metropolitan Opera House's official piano for 40 years in 1926. Albert Einstein's private piano was a Knabe. Tchaikovsky performed at the grand opening of Carnegie Hall on a Knabe grande.

Now I'm setting out to record improvisation piano and mix it up with other musical personalities. If I make time, I would like to write a best selling satire allegory about monsters and be a beacon of light for society ... a night light for all of humanity.
