RCWC is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to introduce new residents to information and resources pertinent to their new community, with emphasis on assisting our immigrant population to achieve their goals in education as well as in the work environment.
We take pride in creating and distributing a comprehensive welcome package to all new residents which provides them with information and resources that will help ease their transition into their new Rockland County community.
