Weldon Wersterfer

Weldon Connor Wersterfer is a senior supply chain management major at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. He is set to graduate in 2015 with a marketing degree, supply chain concentration. He is continuing his education and dual majoring in finance, which will be accomplished in 2016.

Weldon is from the suburbia community of The Woodlands, Texas. He was born a single child to a single mother. This has taught him to navigate his life in the direction he wants since he had very little influence from outside sources (additional parents, siblings). His past experiences have taught him that hard work is the golden key in this world. If he wants something done right, he has learned that he must do it himself. Since he was allowed to develop his own personality and set of morals, there is really no one else like him. In relation to business, his past experiences have taught him fairness, equality, and diligence. Business is not a zero-sum game but rather one in which both sides can win profitably.
