I’m a Florida native girl who has a passion for all things domestic. I love Jesus, my husband, and my sweet little daughter. I stay busy fulfilling my duties as a stay-at-home mom, cook, laundry expert, interior designer, doctor, dentist, housekeeper, teacher, potty trainer, taxi driver, dramatic storyteller, and hugs and kisses specialist.

My blog "The Well Nourished Nest" is my creative outlet. My space where I get to take off the many hats of a mom and just be me. I am passionate about health, and enjoy passing my knowledge on to others. I am also passionate about pouring into the tiny souls we have been given the great responsibility of nurturing. You can never start too young!
