I am actively involved in information management, business management, and the intersection of the two. What a great field! It is constantly changing, and is rich with opportunity to contribute, to teach, and to learn. I provide strategic consulting, mentoring, and guidance for Business Intelligence, Performance Management, and Business Analytics programs - the areas where business effectiveness, efficiency, and agility are driven. I organize conference programs, putting together the right topics and speakers for Social, Predictive, Discovery, and Decision analytics. I serve as a board member for Certified Data Steward (CDS). I'm a continuous learner, currently fascinated with understanding how we think, both individually and organizationally. I've studied systems thinking, critical thinking, and lateral thinking. My next aspiration is to develop deep understanding and appreciation for the what and how of innovation.
