Wells Investments Inc. is a full-service financial planning firm. Wells Investments currently operates out of two offices. One office is located in Winter Haven, Florida, and a second office in Tampa, Florida. This well established firm (since 1995) concentrates on developing targeted strategies to meet the specific financial needs and goals of high-net-worth individuals and organizations. The services of Wells Investments range from professional portfolio management to personalized advice on how to provide protection to your family trust by advising trust attorneys to use advanced estate planning techniques where suitable. The firm’s operational philosophy covers six main values - CARING (personal attention), CREDENTIALS (educational and experience backgrounds), COMPETENCE (demonstrated expertise), CLIENT CONTACT(quality customer service), COMPLIANCE (adhering to the rules and regulations), and COMMITMENT (to excellence and determination to help accomplish set goals).

The organization operates under the leadership of its chief investment officer Jim Wells, and its chief economist Patti Wells. Jim is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and is part of Harvard Business School OPM program. Jim has an engineering degree from West Point. Patti graduated "with honors" from Harvard College with an degree in economics. She also graduated from the Harvard Business School where she earned a master of business administration.

They work together as a team applying concepts of global economics along with the precision of applied mathematics and engineering. Jim and Patti Wells utilize institutional based software from Advent, Morningstar and other programs provided by Pershing (Bank of New York division) to help them provide a more precise measurement of risk versus return in portfolio management.
