Connecting the dots between assumptions and weaving the results into a compelling story is my speciality.

A love of storytelling came from listening to the radio when I was a young girl. I pursued a degree in Broadcasting because I wanted to be the person talking with others -- finding their stories and playing music to evoke emotion. I achieved my goal early on, as a country DJ in Syracuse during college and then after graduation as my voice was on the NYC metropolitan airwaves as a traffic reporter for a few years.

I also found great satisfaction in finding facts to build cases for change. I worked with media research data, demographics, custom surveys, modeling and mapping software -- giving me exposure and experience with grand arsenal of tools to build my methodology. That background has served me well in my corporate life. I am at ease pulling together information and sharing it with anyone who needs to know the score whether 'one on one' or on the big stage.

I love hearing about impossible situations -- because it's great fun and challenging to triangulate solutions. I am known for being able to see the big picture while also being able to attend to the team who executes the details. I enjoy teaching those who report to me the craft.

I enjoy deep conversation, photography, painting with acrylics and watercolors, music of all genres, plummy red wine, and experimenting as kitchen alchemist. I'm a reader of anything with words on it, an avid podcast lover, and enjoy hiking out in the woods or strolling along the beach. Being outdoors and especially in the sun is what makes life amazing.

I am passionate yet pragmatic about our planet. I hold the belief that green needs to become colorless for true change. I do appreciate the art of the deal and enjoy the value of a strong network of talented people who make things happen with me.

I am currently the Chief Magic Officer of the Girl Scouts of NYPENN Pathways. (Good marketing IS magic, or at least it feels like it when you pull another one out of the hat!)

My team tells the stories of the thousands of girls and troops who live in our council's footprint -- a good 24,000 square miles covering a good chunk of NY State and 2 counties in Pennsylvania.

I love meeting others who challenge the status quo -- and people who aren't afraid to put it out there.
