Wendy Hudak

Winston-Salem resident Wendy W. Hudak presently works in Greensboro, North Carolina, as a special claims III representative emphasizing casualty cases and other severe injury claims made by clients of Nationwide Insurance. In her position as a special claims representative, she is responsible for identifying any possible liability issues with a claim and, if necessary, coordinating with the company’s defense counsel during complex liability litigation. Her experience with the Nationwide legal team extends from inception through the conclusion of a trial. In addition to her proven analytical and investigative skills, Wendy W. Hudak possesses both the oral and written communication skills necessary to effectively interact with policyholders, claimants, physicians, and coworkers.

When she is not at work, Wendy Hudak engages in charitable activities throughout Winston-Salem and the greater Forsyth County region. She is particularly active with Forsyth County Habitat for Humanity and the Walk for Cystic Fibrosis in Charlotte, North Carolina. In her free time, Ms. Hudak enjoys following Carolina Panthers football and spending time on the beach with her family. She is particularly fond of beaches in the Caribbean.
