I’m Kingston Wereloo Leyiibe — an Impact, Sustainability & Climate Communicator who helps mission-driven organizations and leaders clarify their work, communicate their impact, and position themselves for trust, funding, and influence.

I work at the intersection of environmental sustainability, climate action, and storytelling, translating complex ideas into narratives that people can understand, support, and act on.

With a background in Environmental Biotechnology and over three years of hands-on experience, I’ve worked across grassroots climate action, environmental education, and community-centered sustainability projects including waste recovery, biogas and clean energy awareness, and sustainability training. This experience allows me to bridge science, policy, and public engagement in a way that feels practical, human, and grounded.

I’m the Founder of Greenable Initiative Africa, a youth-led organization advancing environmental education and climate action across Nigeria. Through this work, I’ve seen firsthand that many impactful initiatives struggle not because their work lacks value but because their impact isn’t clearly communicated or positioned.

That insight shapes what I do today.

Alongside my practice, I write and speak on climate change, circular economy, ESG, and sustainability, simplifying complex topics without diluting their meaning. My work and advocacy have been recognized through programs such as Youth4Climate, the UN SDSN National Green Campaign, and the World Bank Youth Summit, with a strong focus on youth inclusion and accountability in climate action.
