After a few years in the film industry, Wes was encouraged to get into commercial radio. In 2006, KHHT-HOT 92.3 became the home of The Late Night with Wes, six nights a week.

Not only is Wes an On-Air Radio personality, but he has also produced a number of shows for HOT 92.3, including: Rick Dees in the Morning, The Art Laboe Connection, The Late Night with Wes, Al B. Sure, Renee Taylor, Slow Jams with R-Dub, Slow Jams with Kevin ‘Slow-Jammin’ James, & Old School Saturday Nights with Jimmy Reyes.

In 2014, Wes committed full-time to voice overs and event hosting, having represented several brands including, Nielsen, Kate Hudson’s Fabletics, and Hyundai.
