Hey, I’m Wes. I’m a small business owner and founder living in Melbourne. Australia. But I also typically travel to Sydney at least once or twice a month.

I've spent 20+ years in wealth management, focused on disruption and transformation across the whole wealth management value change including developing Australia’s first robo-advice solution.

I am somewhat unusual in that I have strong strategic skills as well as the detail, drive, determination and tenacity to ‘put the hard wiring and cultural alignment behind it’ and ensure its disciplined, effective and speedy implementation.
