Wesley serves as the Lead Pastor of The Gathering Community Church, a growing, diverse church in Danbury Connecticut.

Wes also serves as Multicultural & Urban Developer with Young Life an international Christian Youth Organization. In addition he was a part of the online training team of Called To Youth Ministry, a resource ministry for youth, pastors & ministries. He is the lead pastor of a new church plant called The Gathering in Danbury. CT.

Wes frequently speaks to groups of varying size & ages across ethnic, religious and social backgrounds. He’s had the privilege to share with thousands of young people, churches, colleges, organizations and camps his unguarded message of hope and encouragement in the US and Africa. Wes is viewed as a mentor to many young men and because of his passion for young men becoming men of faith, and purpose, he is often called upon to consult & provide counsel to young men who have lost focus. An unfocused high school student with poor habits; Wes graduated high school with a 1.9 GPA.

With perseverance, eventually Wes earned an A.S. degree in Early Childhood Development and a B.A. in Biblical Studies. He has only 6hrs remaining before obtaining his Masters in Organizational Leadership. A former Jr. College football & basketball player he served as the campus youth pastor for Coach Joe Gibbs Youth for Tomorrow program.

Wes is married & they are proud parents of 4 amazing kids. They currently reside in New England.
