From a young age through school I struggled with management of ADHD, but through help have chanelled this energy into my big passions. To anyone out there blaming ADHD for what happens to them in their life.. Go and get professional help/medication.. remember You are in control.

Born in Guildford I now live in the warmest place in Britain Bognor Regis, where i can be found Surfing, Cooking, doing charitable activities as well as wine tasting/cocktails and sharing this knowledge with Friends over a game of volleyball!!
