Water polo competitor Wesley Kading presently coaches at St. Francis High School in Mountain View, California. A member of numerous professional sporting organizations, he serves as CEO of Northern Elite Water Polo Club in Menlo Park, California. In this position, Wesley Kading has established a well-rounded approach to water polo training. He believes that athletes' growth in life as well as in water polo leads to a solid work ethic that serves athletes well in achieving their sporting goals.

By implementing his carefully designed teaching philosophy, which equally stresses athleticism and developmental education, Wesley Kading has earned Northern Elite a positive reputation as the fastest growing water polo club in the country. Having achieved over 600 percent membership growth in its first year of business, the club sits poised to expand globally in the next year. Wesley Kading serves as an advisor for the International Water Polo Club and a member of both Saint Francis Water Polo and the Balboa Yacht Club. As an athletic competitor in the International Water Polo Club, he has reached top international levels, competing against some of the world's most renowned teams.

Wesley Kading earned his Bachelor of Business Administration at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, where he merited rank on the dean's list in addition to reputable standing as a U.S.A. Water Polo Academic All-American. After graduating in 2007, he continued his education at the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University, from which he earned a Master's in Business Administration in 2009. Wesley Kading is currently pursuing his Doctorate of Education at Creighton University.
