Wesley Long is a self-proclaimed nerd who loves to work hard, to learn, and to travel. Currently Wesley aids in directing the implementation of 'business strategy for operational management and development' to increase organizational performance for 3 separate companies. He also enjoys establishing and maintaining systems for measuring organizational performance.

Wesley's business passion is managing, training and motivating direct reporting staff while improving organizational culture, values and reputation. He loves to learn, master, document, and then share knowledge!

Wesley says: "Book knowledge is great, but life is not about window shopping. To learn the most - you must have enough cultural humility to get out there and learn from other cultures." Wesley was born and raised in NY but has found the time to visit many countries, feel free to connect and ask about business and/or traveling.
